($13,500 if paid by 4/15/10)

  • Provides funding for four facial scanners and a Melanoma Support Group for a year
  • Foundation will provide facial scans and educational materials for your employess locally
  • Full page color ad on a cover, name on banner, tee sign, corporate recognition gift

Silver Sponsorship - $10,000
($9,000 if paid by 4/15/10)

  • One foursome
  • Provides funding for four facial scanners and a Melanoma Support Group for six months

Eagle Sponsorship - $6,000

Evening Guest - $150

Evening guests welcome! Please join us after golf from 5:00-8:30pm for cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, auction, dinner and a wonderful evening program.
