The Melanoma Foundation of New England (formerly Massachusetts Melanoma Foundation) is a non-profit organization with an IRS 501(c)(3) designation. The Foundation raises funds for purposes such as:
- Public awareness
- Special focus on children's education
- Support groups for melanoma patients
- Billy's Buddies patient advocacy and support
- Behavioral and educational research
Funds are raised for these activities through private contributions, beneficiary trusts, grants, a program of corporate giving, and events such as our annual golf tournament. All contributions are tax deductible as allowed by law. To make a contribution, checks should be made payable to "Melanoma Foundation of New England" or to "MFNE" and sent to:
